Purchases and Refunds

What you can buy

Bought pixels never expire and aren't limited by storage. Free pixels are used first. The storage upgrade lasts for the life of your account. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you've already been quoted.

Paying with Bitcoin

• We only take Bitcoin (BTC) on the main Bitcoin network. Every order gets its own address.
• The BTC amount is fixed for 30 minutes. Send the amount shown, to the address shown.
• Pixels are added once the payment has 1 confirmation, usually within an hour.
• A payment within 2% of the amount counts as paid in full. If you send less than that, the order waits at the same address for the rest.
• We keep watching an order's address for 7 days, so a late payment is still credited.
• You pay the network fee, so make sure the full order amount arrives after it.

Coins sent on another network (Lightning, Bitcoin Cash, a token on another chain), to an old or wrong address, or more than 7 days late may not reach us or may not be credited. Bitcoin payments can't be reversed, so check the address before you send.

Refunds

All sales are final. We don't refund pixels that were used, pixels lost to other players, purchases on accounts banned for breaking the Rules, or small overpayments.

If we received your payment but didn't credit it because of a mistake on our side, tell us with the transaction id. We'll either credit the pixels or send the Bitcoin back to an address you give us, less the network fee.

No cash value

Pixels are game items. They can't be cashed out, exchanged for crypto, or transferred to another account. Please don't buy or sell accounts or pixels outside the game.

Players under 18

Get a parent or guardian's permission before you buy anything.
